Responsibilities
Manage the HR function for a defined segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, training, leave administration, and employee records
Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes, from requisition approval through offer and start date
Serve as a resource for new hires by connecting them with subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, and timekeeping support
Collaborate across all levels of the organization, including frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and directors
Support talent acquisition efforts by ensuring roles are approved, posted, and effectively sourced to attract qualified candidates
Assist leaders with employee relations and performance matters, balancing employee needs with policy compliance under HR leadership guidance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of HR experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
Familiarity with onboarding and compliance requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
Spanish proficiency is required to effectively support and engage a diverse workforce
Preferred
Experience in food service or other regulated environments preferred
Experience working in a union environment
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
