YPO is a global leadership community seeking a Program Manager within Leadership Services to enhance the work of their leadership committees and councils. This role involves orchestrating complex programs, managing meetings, and ensuring effective governance while engaging with senior leaders across the organization.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to Committee and Council Leads and Chairs, supporting annual planning and execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person committee and council meetings, from agendas to follow-up
Coordinate governance processes, documentation, and communications across the committee lifecycle
Ensure flawless on-site execution at bi-annual global leadership meetings and related experiences
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing support for committee and council members worldwide
Support elections and nominating committee processes for Boards, Councils, and Networks
Partner with Finance on budgets and travel subsidies as needed
Uphold YPO’s policies, governance standards, and core values in everything you do

Required

5+ years of experience in program management, professional services, or high-touch operational roles
Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders, boards, or governance bodies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Comfort working in a virtual, global environment with flexible hours as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (CRM experience a plus)
