Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew
Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly
Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
Enforce safety standards and company procedures
Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork
Qualification
Required
2+ years in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, or similar work
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors
Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage
Preferred
Prior crew lead or supervisory experience
