Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems and common applications
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
Assist with basic network connectivity issues and ensure proper configurations
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and equipment checks
Document and track support requests through a ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve more complex issues
Offer user training and guidance on IT‑related topics
Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Ensure adherence to organizational IT policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Desktop and end‑user support
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Customer service and communication
Imaging and device setup
Basic directory and account support
General hardware and software maintenance
Preferred
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with basic networking concepts and configurations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, technical credentials) are a plus
