Responsibilities

Lead and own the company’s SOX compliance program end-to-end
Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations
Review audit testing and oversee remediation efforts
Present audit findings, trends, and insights to senior leadership
Identify opportunities to enhance and modernize internal controls through automation and analytics

Qualification

SOX complianceInternal controlsBig Four experienceCPA certificationERP experienceCollaborative leadership

Required

5+ years of Big Four public accounting experience (Manager level preferred)
CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certification
Strong SOX, COSO, and internal controls expertise
Experience managing multiple audits and complex initiatives
ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
Collaborative, hands-on leader who values culture and balance
