Responsibilities
12+ years in SAP Security with current BTP experience
Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S4HANA, BW, CRM, and Fiori environments
Manage user provisioning, role design, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis
Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM)
Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure and compliant system access
Monitor and resolve security incidents, including unauthorized access and audit findings
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and patching from a security perspective
Document security policies, procedures, and role design standards
Provide training and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on SAP security best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years of experience in SAP Security across multiple SAP modules and landscapes
Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, S/4HANA Security, and Fiori Launchpad
Deep understanding of authorization concepts, role-based access control (RBAC), and SoD
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP BTP, and SuccessFactors security is a plus
Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Security Architect
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – optional but valuable
