Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, focusing on financial ledgers and associated sub-ledgers; Analyze issues affecting system functionality, data integrity, and reporting
Work with internal teams to design, develop, and enhance ERP modules and business applications
Participate in the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing specifications to testing and deployment
Verify and validate ledger integrations within Business Central
Use SQL to query the ERP database for issue diagnosis, data validation, report generation, and troubleshooting data inconsistencies in internal applications that integrate with Business Central
Work with internal and external auditors to manage and support SOX compliance requirements
Prepare system documentation, assist with audit testing of ERP controls, and implement remediation plans
Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements for ERP improvements or expansions
Support internal business applications
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
Ensure data integrity and system security across supported applications
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Must have Business Central experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on troubleshooting of business systems, SQL / Development, and data quality issues
Preferred
Aviation industry experience is a plus
