Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Counsel
Solid understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and relevant industry standards
Proven experience in advising on corporate governance matters, securities offerings, and M&A transactions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in your jurisdiction (NY preferred)
