Client Associate
Fiduciary Trust Company is focused on providing outstanding service to clients within the Wealth Management Client Team. The Client Associate role is essential for supporting Investment Officers and ensuring successful client onboarding and retention through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities
Partners with Investment Officer to communicate effectively with clients, professionals, and colleagues to discuss a range of business topics
Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues and other key individuals to accurately process transactions and account changes while maintaining contact lists, client files, records and other pertinent account data
Build strong relationships both internally and externally and coordinates efforts with other teams (tax, legal, compliance, investments and others) to meet complex client needs
Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through maintaining familiarity with all aspects of assigned accounts
Produce internal and external correspondence including written communications, compiling materials for client meetings, generating reports, and completing required forms
Review daily cash balance and transaction reports, collaborate with Investment Officers and Operations Team to resolve any cash balance issues or transaction discrepancies quickly
Review incoming correspondence and use excellent judgement coupled with available resources to proactively research, resolve and respond in a timely manner to clients and outside professionals
Collect all pertinent account and client information necessary for establishing new accounts; gather information needed for closing, transferring and/or distributing accounts at termination
Perform other duties, as needed, including drafting Trust Committee votes, investment policy statements and participating in annual account reviews
Demonstrate a desire to expand industry knowledge through participation in internal professional development opportunities and corporate connectivity initiatives
Qualification
Required
Some client service experience; preferably in trust administration, financial services, and/or wealth management
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Global Plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks with short and long-term deadlines
Ability to maintain a high level of client confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent oral and written communication skills
College degree required
