Billing Analyst (Contract)
Wilson is seeking a Billing Analyst for a contract position. The role requires extensive experience in enterprise billing operations, focusing on high-volume environments and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
Experience: Target 5–8+ years of progressive billing experience in complex, high-volume environments
Must-have skills:
Enterprise billing operations (B2B, multi-entity, multi-system environments)
Strong ERP experience ( NetSuite required ; BluLogix experience a plus)
Advanced billing structures (milestone billing, recurring billing, usage-based billing, contract billing)
Revenue recognition awareness and compliance alignment
High-volume invoice accuracy and exception management
Cross-functional coordination (Sales, Ops, Finance, IT)
Strong analytical, documentation, and process-improvement mindset
Highly preferred: experience in transformation environments, system transitions, and process standardization initiatives
Qualification
Required
