Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence in a timely manner
Prepare, package, and process all outgoing mail and shipments using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other courier services
Maintain accurate tracking logs for packages and deliveries
Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, label printers, copiers, and scanners
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, restocking supply closets and distribution points as needed
Assist with conference room setups, office moves, and other facilities support duties when required
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures for handling confidential documents and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in a corporate mailroom or facilities environment
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and standard mailroom software or tracking tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
