Home Care Office Manager

Right At Home is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those they serve by providing high-quality care. The Office Manager will lead the office operations, support caregiver recruitment and training, and ensure a positive experience for clients and staff in the community.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire office staff and caregivers to meet and exceed professional goals
Represent Right at Home as an Employer of Choice within the community
Oversee day-to-day office operations while maintaining a warm, professional in-office experience for walk-ins, caregivers, clients, and families
Assist with staffing and scheduling by confirming caregiver availability, filling shifts, and supporting coverage needs
Match caregivers with clients to ensure quality care and strong working relationships
Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and retention efforts
Conduct new hire orientations and collect all required caregiver documentation
Partner with leadership to support business goals, operational growth, and office performance

Required

High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of business/office experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills; confident with phone, email, and in-person interactions
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems
High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
Willingness to be on-call outside of normal office hours, as required

Preferred

Proven leadership skills (home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, HR, or related field); equivalent experience considered
