Coordinate, track, and review ACH requests
Communication with Sales regarding ACH requests
Monitor ACH trends and problem-solve with Payroll/Sales Management
Late time sheet review
Per Diem review
Sick pay review
Reimbursement and bonus review
Process overpayment requests
EFI file processing
Various audits
Assist with various Payroll Compliance tasks
Provide backup to the Traveler Payroll team due to high volume or coverage needs
Maintain Payroll Operations by following policies and procedures
Maintain employee confidence and protect Payroll Operations by keeping confidential information
Provide excellent customer service to various internal and external customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Payroll experience of 6 months or more
Ability to effectively communicate information to employees and management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments while consistently meeting deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
MS Office experience, including skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Smartsheet, and Excel
Team player and ability to work with others within and outside of the team
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, maintain focus and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work varied hours to meet workload demands and overtime if needed
