Historic Tax Credit Data Specialist (Remote | Contract)
Nash Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Historic Tax Credit (HTC) Data Specialist to manage project cost data for historic tax credit submissions. The role involves extracting and organizing data from QuickBooks and preparing necessary documentation for both Missouri and Federal submissions.

Responsibilities
Extract and organize project costs from QuickBooks (project/job-costing reports)
Reconcile costs to invoices, contracts, and payment records
Separate qualified vs. non-qualified expenditures
Build submission-ready cost schedules/spreadsheets and supporting documentation packages
Identify missing documentation and help close gaps
Coordinate with ownership, CPA, and/or HTC consultant as needed
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience supporting historic tax credit filings (state and/or federal)
Strong QuickBooks (QBO or Desktop) + advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Preferred
Proven HTC cost certification / support experience
