Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Ethics and Compliance programs for our Banking and Insurance Practices, working closely with the client service teams engaged in day-to-day client delivery
Drive E&C activities to ensure our firm adheres to all regulatory requirements
Advise and design sustainable and flexible solutions and processes that will be applied across programs
Build, shape, and drive robust and comprehensive compliance programs and partner closely with senior leaders, CSR, Legal, Technology, People, and other Risk functions
Develop and maintain a targeted domain of policies, procedures, and practices for identifying, managing, and reporting on ethics and compliance risks associated with client service within the Banking and Insurance practices
Drive the compliance agenda including the continuous evolution of the programs based on our firm’s risk profile
Provide internal visibility to the ever-changing nature of the regulatory landscape and ensure appropriate enhancements to our ongoing programs and activities as needed
Support the enhancement of tools, standards, and metrics on compliance matters (e.g., dashboards, systems, testing) and ensure geographic compliance leads have a holistic, integrated understanding of the relevant and specific regulatory areas for their regions and deliver expertise and guidance as needed
Provide input on the development of our broader capabilities (e.g., learning, sole sourcing processes, communications, etc.)
Engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional E&C leaders
Collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group across our firm in a timely and efficient manner
Articulate our regulatory compliance obligations to internal and external stakeholders, serving as an expert advisor to the broader E&C community and other stakeholders
Play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of deep experience in regulatory compliance matters and broad compliance experiences in large, global organizations
5+ years of experience in advising, building, and driving broad regulatory compliance programs for banking and insurance sectors
Leverages highly credible expertise to provide a clear perspective on multifaceted issues and influence others
Operationalizes complex priorities across stakeholders to drive impact, develops and communicates a compelling vision, and inspires action
Builds trust-based relationships with senior leaders and collaborates generously, becoming a sought-after key thought partner
Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to resolve ambiguous problems
Exhibits exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to drive global projects to outcomes in cross-functional areas and complex topics
Navigates difficult situations with maturity and confidence as a values-based leader
Displays passion for people development and leads cross-functional teams effectively
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and craft cohesive storylines and communications
Preferred
advanced degree(s) and/ or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred
