The Content Fellowship is a pre-professional apprenticeship that offers hands-on experience in audio storytelling and production, allowing fellows to support the creation of audio content while learning industry-standard workflows and techniques.

Responsibilities
Support the production of multiple content channels, including Hatch’s nightly bedtime podcast
Participate in end-to-end content creation from initial concept development and scripts through recording, editing, and publishing
Contribute to post-production and sound development by supporting edits, sound design, music integration, revisions, and quality control under guidance
Develop fluency in industry-standard workflows for creating sleep- and wake-up friendly audio content through hands-on participation in active productions
Contribute to both on-platform and off-platform content initiatives
Engage with content operations including publishing, metadata management, and optimization
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or early-career professionals with an interest in audio storytelling
Academic background in audio production, media studies, communications, or related field preferred
Some experience with audio editing software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Reaper, etc.)
Portfolio demonstrating audio production skills (student work, personal projects, internships)
Strong creative instincts and storytelling abilities
Detail-oriented approach to audio production and quality
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in sleep, mindfulness, or functional content
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and industry practices
Self-motivated with strong project management skills
Preferred
Interest in sound design or music production
Interest in podcast or digital audio publishing
Interest in the intersection of technology and wellness
