Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their needs are met
Proficiency in understanding Small Business operations and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements
Basic knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand customer budgets and financial needs
Experience in Training others and a desire to continuously learn and grow within the sales domain
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or customer service
a bachelor's degree is a plus
