Service Technician - Hydro Testing

Responsibilities
Inspect 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment visually to identify visible signs of wear, damage, or degradation
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment
Ensure that equipment follows safety and regulatory standards
Perform hydrostatic testing on 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment to ensure they can withstand the required pressure levels without failure
Conduct flow tests to verify that the 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment delivers consistent airflow
Adjust or repair components to ensure proper flow rates
Monitor and assess pressure test results to confirm the integrity and safety of the 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment
Repair or replace damaged or worn components
Maintain accurate records of all testing activities
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during testing
Provide exceptional customer service to customers by addressing their concerns or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification
Required
Proficient computer skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in hydrostatic testing or related field is preferred
Familiarity with 3M/Scott Safety SCBA equipment is a plus, but we will train!
