Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end process from problem discovery to solution delivery, iterating quickly and adjusting based on real usage data and team feedback. Initiatives balance the tactical (what needs to ship today) with the strategic (what stepping stones do we need for the next year)
Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world user problems into clean, effective solutions. Your work won’t sit in JIRA tickets or Google Docs, it will ship fast, be used by customers, and directly influence key product and business outcomes
Prioritize using data and business context since there are way more interesting problems to solve than you'll have time to tackle, so you'll pick your battles and decide what's most important
Simplify complex workflows like policy management, billing, and multi-player coverage changes into clear, digestible steps. This is the engine of retention
Create user-friendly experiences across all of our applications including independent agents, landlords, lenders, and internal employees
Qualification
Required
Experience solving complex workflow problems and building intuitive products that delight users
Ability to own the end-to-end process from problem discovery to solution delivery
Experience collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations
Ability to prioritize using data and business context
Experience simplifying complex workflows into clear, digestible steps
Ability to create user-friendly experiences across applications
Ability to ramp up quickly and balance speed and quality
Experience taking ideas from inception to launch
Ability to synthesize stakeholder needs and make decisions
Ability to deconstruct user flows and understand dependencies
Strong sense for good UX and experience with wireframes and mockups
Excitement about startups and commitment to the role
