Responsibilities
Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes
Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years people management experience
3+ years Community Manager or similar title in luxury multifamily setting
Financial acumen in a multi-family setting required including knowledge of accruals, reclassifications, and variance reporting
Third-party management experience required
Demonstrated coaching and development ability
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
A basic understanding of written and verbal English
Preferred
BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable
