Responsibilities
Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Build and maintain data models and pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs
Ensure accurate data ingestion, integration, and validation across multiple sources (ticketing, CRM, merchandise, etc.)
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor performance and KPIs
Lead cross-departmental initiatives in data & analytics, orchestrating and optimizing the overall data architecture and analytics environment to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational strategy
Use programming languages (Python, Java, or similar) to support data processing, automation, and integration with external systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability
Stay current with best practices in data architecture, analytics, and visualization to continuously improve internal processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Finance, Economics, or Advanced Statistics (Master's degree is a plus)
Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (required)
Proven experience with Power BI (or other BI tools such as Tableau)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (PHP, Java, Python, or similar)
Experience working with diverse data sources (ticketing, CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
