New Grad, Entry LevelCalspan is seeking a temporary IT support technician to assist with the rollout of Windows 11 across approximately 500 machines. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced technical environment, focusing on the installation and maintenance of software on designated machines.

Responsibilities
Install Windows 11 on designated machines following provided instructions
Complete approximately 5 installations per day
Maintain installation logs and report progress
Reinstall engineering software as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Availability for weekday work (flexible hours possible)
Must be located near Buffalo, NY or St. Paul, MN
Preferred
IT or Computer Science student
Previous experience with OS installation or tech support
