System-level support and project involvement related to end-user computing environments
Participation in and support of cross-organizational infrastructure initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory infrastructure
3–4 years of experience providing Windows-based workstation support
3–4 years of experience in operating system troubleshooting
3–4 years of experience in PowerShell scripting
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
Tier 3 support experience in VDI environments (VMware Horizon)
Experience supporting Linux-based workstations
Background in information security
Experience working in large-scale or sensitive enterprise environments
