Provide deep expertise to project teams, review deliverables (like system requirements, test results) for accuracy, and validate that solutions meet defined standards
Simplify complex technical information for development team, develop high level documentation, and mentor team members
Analyze business operations, identify areas for technical improvement, troubleshoot issues, and recommend new technologies or process enhancements
Translate business needs into technical requirements, define procedures, and set performance standards for tasks
Develop modernized code components as time permits, conduct peer reviews, pair programming
Plan and review results of system testing and user acceptance testing activities

Required
Expert Guidance & Validation: Provide deep expertise to project teams, review deliverables (like system requirements, test results) for accuracy, and validate that solutions meet defined standards
Knowledge Transfer & Training: Simplify complex technical information for development team, develop high level documentation, and mentor team members
Problem Solving & Improvement: Analyze business operations, identify areas for technical improvement, troubleshoot issues, and recommend new technologies or process enhancements
Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into technical requirements, define procedures, and set performance standards for tasks
