Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Qualia’s products and their technical capabilities
Assist the sales teams with technical questions and product demonstrations
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their technical inquiries
Analyze customer challenges and propose solutions that leverage our products
Contribute to technical documentation, such as demo scripts, user guides, and training materials
Work closely with account executives to ensure successful customer outcomes
Stay up-to-date on new product releases
Qualification
Required
Fundamental understanding of Qualia's main product lines: Core, Connect, Shield, Marketplace
Confident and engaging presenter with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and deliver compelling presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
