System Administrator / Service Desk Lead (MSP)
Bowman Williams is a growing Managed Service Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses with a strong focus on service quality. They are hiring a System Administrator / Service Desk Lead (MSP) to support client environments and guide day-to-day service delivery, while mentoring others and taking ownership of complex issues.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior technical resource for escalated support issues
Support Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tenants
Administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
Troubleshoot workstation, printer, and connectivity issues
Assist with onboarding, deployments, and light project work
Help guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians through troubleshooting
Maintain ticket quality, documentation, and follow-through
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
MSP experience supporting end users and client environments
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
Experience with PSA, RMM, and documentation tools
Leadership mindset with a willingness to coach and support teammates
Strong communication skills and sense of ownership
