Responsibilities
Develops professional expertise, applies company policies to resolve a variety of issues
Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
Communicates via email and phone with customer to provide requested information
Work as a team member toward a common goal
Process new and modified awards from customers
Support the shipment of our product by processing the orders through our various systems
Maintain efficient methods to remain organized and timely in your role
Process return material requests with customers and ensure the spreadsheets are up to date with the current status
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements
Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and the public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies
Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing, and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment, and changes, and more
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job
Bachelor's degree in related field with no previous professional experience
Ability to obtain security clearance, if needed
