Staff IT Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Champion project success: Define goals, timelines, and budgets in partnership with diverse teams
Drive seamless execution: Proactively monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and find solutions
Lead change with clarity: Develop communication plans to guide users through system transitions
Enhance IT processes: Collaborate within IT to streamline and improve our engagement and governance models
Be the communication hub: Keep stakeholders at all levels informed and aligned for successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects, including data/system migrations
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and development processes
Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, experience presenting at executive levels, and demonstrated ability to write concise updates for senior audiences
Experience improving business processes in complex, matrixed enterprise organizations
Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
Preferred
Proven experience leading the strategy, planning, and execution of complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Sales or Sales Strategy & Operations experience would also be valuable
Experience managing infrastructure changes related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
