Responsibilities
Responsible for improvement of key process metrics
Certified in IPC 610 class 3 workmanship standards
Apply, interpret, and explain identified IPC defects for defect reporting
AS9102 FAI preparation and presentation
Work as a change agent combined with the ability to work at various levels and cross functionally in the organization
Interpret and understand IPC Workmanship standards
Lead improvement activities involving Lean principles and tools
Meet as necessary with customers to resolve issues and problems
Qualification
Required
Certified in IPC 610 class 3 workmanship standards
Minimum High School diploma
Minimum 5 years' previous experience and demonstrated proficiency as IPC inspector of circuit card assemblies
Experience with Source Inspection preparation and presentation
Internal auditing experience
Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings for the purpose of inspections
Highly effective communicator with all organizational levels
Demonstrate computer competency, including Email, Excel, and Power Point
Proven leadership capability
AS9100 or ISO9001 QMS experience
Strong Project Management skills
ESD Program Knowledge
Preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean experience desired
