Responsibilities

Ride along with sales representatives and support customer visits

Learn how products are sold, priced, promoted, and merchandised

Analyze sales data and assist with reporting

Observe how customer relationships drive business results

Gain exposure to inventory management, receiving, picking, loading, and distribution processes

Learn safety standards and operational best practices

Assist with process improvement initiatives and daily operational tasks

Understand how warehouse efficiency impacts customer service and delivery

Participate in ride-alongs with delivery drivers

Learn route planning, customer service expectations, and delivery execution

Gain exposure to safety, DOT, and compliance standards

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, supply chain, operations, logistics, marketing/sales, or related fields

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Available for a minimum of 12 continuous weeks

Valid driver's license

Available to work at Muskogee, OK Headquarters or Tulsa, OK Warehouse

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in hands-on environments

Ability to adapt to different settings (office, warehouse, and field)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package

Preferred

Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit
