Responsibilities
Research and resolve system problems, facilitate the implementation of new features, and spearhead review, testing, and implementation of system updates
Maintain database configuration, workflows, user permissions, security protocols and system integrity
Design, build, and maintain dashboards reports for internal and external stakeholders and as requested by leadership or as necessitated by contract requirements, including providing data visualization and presentations as needed
Collect, transfer and/or, enter relevant data from other systems into the appropriate Human Services database(s)
Meet project timelines, determine resource needs, and provide solutions to resolve issues, keeping management apprised of necessary updates
Train users on system functions as needed and provide ongoing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and help desk support to user
Assist with the development of new procedures, guidelines, and documentation to be used in training managers and end user
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent AND 6 years of experience required
Associates degree AND 4 years of experience required
Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of experience required
Required Education: must be in Business Management, Computer Science, or Human Resources
Maintaining CRM/HSIS systems or similar data management - robust cloud-based system of record
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and report building tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance)
Preferred
Proven track record in analyzing data, identifying trends and extracting meaningful insight for presentation to senior leaders
