Responsibilities
Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations
Support fixed asset tracking and financial reporting
Perform basic financial and trend analysis
Partner with senior accountants and managers on ad hoc projects
Contribute to ongoing accounting process and technology improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
Strong Excel skills are essential
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth
Preferred
Public accounting exposure is a plus, not required
Experience with accounting software preferred (Sage Intacct a plus)
