Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SAP EWM and related manufacturing processes
Design and optimize workflows for warehouse and production operations within SAP
Support SAP EWM configuration and integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PP)
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve system functionality and business processes
Develop functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with developers and SAP consultants
Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM and manufacturing-related issues
Act as a technical subject matter expert for warehouse and production processes

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with SAP EWM
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and warehouse operations
Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as EWM, MM, WM, PP, SD
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of integration with third-party logistics systems
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue resolution
Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company
Must have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment
Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
