InternCleary Zimmermann Engineers is seeking an Accounting Intern to support their accounting team with various financial duties. The role involves assisting with financial record organization, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities
Assist with organizing, filing, and archiving financial records to maintain accurate and accessible documentation
Perform account reconciliations for company bank accounts and credit card statements
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for month-end close processes
Provide assistance with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and tracking payments
Help ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures to support financial compliance
Assist in identifying discrepancies or errors in financial data and support corrective actions
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a college or university in pursuit of a Major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Familiarity with basic Corporate Accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and accounting software experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
