Responsibilities

A Mid-level Grants Management Analyst is responsible for providing functions in a mid-level acquisition management capacity and must provide off-site grants support services
The grants support services performed must be in conformance with all Government regulations and policies including 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance; and other Governmental regulations and policies as appropriate
The primary focus of grants management will be Grants and Cooperative Agreements with direct recipients
The candidate must have extensive knowledge and skill of concepts, principles, policies, procedures, and practices to plan and carry out all activities related to the highly complex aspects in grants management sufficient to provide expert technical advice and consultation in all grants management areas including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation to program managers and other leadership staff
A Mid-level Grants Management Analyst must have a minimum of four years of direct Federal grants and/or Federal acquisition experience, bachelor’s degree, a thorough knowledge of the Federal Assistance practices and policies, and an expert understanding of the full grant lifecycle to troubleshoot and overcome difficult situations in order for the grant action to be resolved
The Mid-level Analyst must have a thorough knowledge of the application of 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards
Direct experience supporting Federal agencies and Federal competitive grant programs is preferred
Knowledge and familiarity using systems such as ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft technology, such as Lists, SharePoint, and other software such as Outlook and technology, as well as familiarity with Google products, beneficial

Required
