Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve desktop incident tickets (break/fix) and add/move/change requests
Install, configure, and support desktop hardware, printers, and peripherals
Deploy and replace PCs and related IT equipment for offices and clinics
Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, WiFi, iOS devices, HP hardware, and ServiceNow
Install and support third-party software
Maintain and secure inventory of hardware and software assets
Follow security fundamentals and organizational IT policies
Provide exceptional customer service to all end users
Communicate clearly regarding issue status, expectations, and resolution timelines
Follow up with users after issue resolution
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in high-pressure environments

Required

Desktop support and break/fix experience
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with: Windows 11
Experience with: Microsoft 365
Experience with: WiFi networking
Experience with: iOS devices
Experience with: HP hardware
Experience with: ServiceNow

Preferred

Technical consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
or 4 years of directly related experience
Microsoft certifications and/or CompTIA A+
