Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities
Develop container management software to solve clients' challenges
Hone skills using the latest cloud technologies to improve clients' environments with current container software
Support team in informing strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process
Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers
Continue to strengthen DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with software development or programming in a DevOps environment
3+ years of experience with automation tools, including Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Puppet
3+ years of experience managing Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab and GitHub
2+ years of experience architecting and deploying applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of start date
Preferred
Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Experience with provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in Cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
Experience leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration
