VP, Experience Strategy & Operational Excellence
TrueSeek is a national leader in home care and household employment solutions, seeking a VP, Experience Strategy & Operational Excellence to enhance operational excellence and service quality. The role involves building a Continuous Improvement framework and collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows and elevate the client and caregiver experience.
Responsibilities
Build and implement the enterprise-wide CI framework
Lead a portfolio of high-impact process improvement initiatives
Optimize referral-to-admission workflows to improve conversion and reduce cycle times
Align processes with systems and automation opportunities (Salesforce, AlayaCare, CRM/EMR)
Embed Lean Six Sigma practices and establish KPIs/metrics
Manage and mentor CI Analyst(s) while acting as a player-coach on key projects
Develop dashboards and reporting to communicate impact and ROI
Promote a culture of standardization, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in process improvement, operational excellence in Industry: Home Care and Health & Human Services
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; Black Belt strongly preferred
Experience improving workflows across integrated tech systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills: KPI design, ROI modeling, dashboard creation
Proven success executing enterprise-level change initiatives
Bachelor's required; Master's preferred
