Account / Admin Officer
Organizational Development & Innovation (ODI) Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a hydropower company based in Gandaki Province seeking a competent and responsible Account / Admin Officer. The role involves managing accounting, administrative, and coordination functions at the project/company level, requiring strong organizational skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Check employee attendance from the biometric system, calculate overtime, and prepare the monthly salary/payroll sheet
Manage petty cash expenses and prepare monthly petty cash reports
Liaise and correspond with banks, government offices, and other organizations in both Nepali and English
Procure goods and services in line with company procedures
Maintain proper stock records and prepare monthly inventory reports
Support general accounting and administrative functions as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and/or administration
Good computer skills, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Nepali typing skills required
Good communication skills in Nepali and English
Experience in hydropower, construction, or project-based organizations will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Honest, reliable, and responsible work attitude
