Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and execute strategic sales initiatives
Develop and maintain client relationships
Identify growth opportunities in the Medical Devices and Structural Heart sectors
Generate leads
Develop sales pipelines
Negotiate contracts
Provide product demonstrations
Attend industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to strategize and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage team members
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with the Medical Devices or healthcare industry, particularly Structural Heart, is highly desirable
Advanced degree is a plus
