The role involves supporting validation activities for manufacturing and process control equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Perform CSV activities for manufacturing and process equipment , including control systems and automation platforms
Develop and execute validation documentation (URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment systems
Support DeltaV-controlled equipment validation , including configuration review and testing support
Ensure compliance with GxP , FDA, and regulatory requirements
Participate in FAT/SAT , commissioning, and qualification activities
Review and approve validation protocols, reports, and traceability matrices
Support deviation management, change control, and periodic reviews
Collaborate with automation, engineering, quality, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in equipment CSV (manufacturing equipment, control systems, instruments)
Strong understanding of GxP regulations, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and validation best practices
Experience creating and executing IQ/OQ/PQ documentation
Familiarity with automation systems validation
Ability to work on-site in Houston or Waco, TX
Preferred
Experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS (at least one position requiring DeltaV qualification)
Experience in pharmaceutical
Knowledge of ISA-88 / ISA-95 standards
Experience supporting batch or process equipment validation
