CNC Manufacturing Engineer
HARTING Technology Group is a leading international supplier of industrial connectivity, connecting customers to their digital future. They are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Manufacturing Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing and improve production efficiencies through engineering methods and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities
Trouble shoot and program CNC routing machines
Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
Design, develop, and implement control systems to improve production cycle times, product quality, equipment performance, down-time reductions, and process automation
Identify, plan, and lead cross-functional operations improvement projects
Design testing methods and calculate process capabilities to establish standards or validate process requirements
Analyze process performance data to identify trends, reduce process variation, and improve performance
Create part setup, fixturing, machining strategy, order of operations, tool selection, speed/feed process parameter selections, etc
Create or advise with work holding design and implementation
Create part routings, manufacturing instructions, and documentation for parts
Provide technical support for daily production as needed
Qualification
Required
+5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field such as Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering or similar experience
Demonstrated success working in and/or leading cross functional teams
Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
Strong organizational and planning skills and the demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects
