Oversee accounting and financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Manage revenue cycle processes with deep knowledge of healthcare and insurance reimbursement
Lead and mentor the accounting/finance team in a collaborative, supportive environment
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership
Develop and implement strategies to support growth and long-term sustainability
Partner with operational leaders to align financial performance with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Controller in healthcare
Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement processes and healthcare finance
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team
Adaptable, approachable, and highly organized professional
Healthcare accounting: 5 years
Substance Abuse Accounting: 3 years
Ability to commute to Miami Beach, FL 33109
Willingness to relocate before starting work if not currently local
Preferred
CPA
