Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with partners
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Handle project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for detailed execution
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to partners and senior leadership
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Mentor interns and contribute to the improvement of project management methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification along with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
4+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role
Preferred
Experience in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or enterprise software implementation
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT projects
Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, OCI, etc.)
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaborator management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Jira, Asana, ServiceNow) including automation
Understanding of the Objective and Key Results (OKR) management framework
