Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for multiple client accounts
Lead campaign planning, execution and client communication
Secure traditional and affiliate coverage across relevant consumer media categories
Build relationships with journalists, editors, creators, and tastemakers
Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships
Support integration of affiliate and commerce-driven PR strategies
Collaborate on product seeding, commerce partnerships and conversion-focused placements
Develop integrated PR and influencer campaign strategies
Ideate and execute brand activations, partnerships and launches
Track media, influencer and campaign performance
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
5+ years experience in a PR agency or integrated marketing agency
Proven track record securing earned media coverage and performance-based affiliate PR
Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and creator partnerships
Strong client communication and project management skills
Excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a mostly remote, multi-client agency environment
Preferred
Proximity to a major media market
