Responsibilities
Manage, Track and Respond and streamline incoming inquiries via email, website and phone
Enter and maintain customer contact data, quote and sales data in Monday.com based on new inquires and the daily new orders report
Generate monthly sales report utilizing Monday.com and excel for Director of Sales
Capture image and video content for use internally and on Instagram, Pinterest and other applicable platform
Assist with set up for virtual and Instagram Live Amuneal events in the New York Design Center
Assist in facilitating in person meetings meeting at Amuneal in Philadelphia
Provide imagery, video and information to external Social Media manager for generating calendar of content
Update website pages based on direction from Marketing Manager in WordPress based amuneal.com and 1st dibs
Regular maintenance and posting to Amuneal's Pinterest. (some Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads or other platforms on occasion)
Maintain contacts in MailChimp mailing list imports and generate eblast campaigns
Identify repeat frequent requests and areas for improvement in our customer support process
Provide customers with accurate and inspiring information about Amuneal and our products
Process orders for our new Quick Ship program
Organize and Maintain Amuneal's photography library and information database in Dropbox.com
Assist Marketing Manager in the creation of internal and external assets including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, eblasts, tear sheets, and design guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications/ related field OR 1-3 years of experience in an applicable role
A demonstrated interest in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Furniture Making, Industrial Designs, Arts, Craft or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically for email and phone correspondence
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
Ability to work within Microsoft Excel to generate sales data reports and track marketing efforts
Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, self-direct, and follow instructions
Photography and video skills (iPhone and SLR)
Experience with Instagram and Pinterest is required
Preferred
Experience with API (Epicor, Monday.com, and other useful plugins to aid the sales funnel and existing CRM)
Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn
