Responsibilities
Own and optimize day-to-day financial operations across AR, Collections, AP, and Procurement
Design and own the operating model for finance workflows, metrics, and case management
Build and monitor KPI frameworks (DSO, aging, backlog, cycle time, resolution rates, SLAs)
Translate data into clear priorities, insights, and action plans
Lead case intake, triage, assignment, and capacity management across teams
Identify bottlenecks and systemic issues using case and performance data
Drive continuous improvement through automation, process redesign, and system enhancements
Automate and enhance the cash application process to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
Manage and develop a global delivery team supporting cash application and operational workflows
Partner with various teams across the business to scale and standardize processes
Set direction, priorities, and accountability for team members
Deliver operational insights to finance leadership and support close activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
5–8+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, analytics, or process improvement
Proven experience designing and managing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into operational decisions
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Hands-on experience with Workday and Salesforce in financial, billing, case management, or operational workflows
Experience using data to drive process improvement, automation, and scalable operational design
Ability to manage complex workflows across multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience leading operational initiatives and influencing cross-functional partners
Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Experience with finance transformation, system implementations, or automation initiatives
Preferred
Preferred experience working with global or distributed operations teams
