Responsibilities
Act as primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource and counselor to clients
Overseeing and implementing strategic communications programming
Executive creative campaigns and brand partnerships
Manage and delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of multiple accounts
Communicate account status to agency management regularly
Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing materials particularly presentations, program plans and media strategies
Provide strategic guidance to clients and team members on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address clients’ needs
Troubleshoot media, team, or strategy problems as they arise; seek senior management input when appropriate
Motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others
Conduct and lead monthly conference calls and meetings with clients
Provide guidance and leadership to team members on effective pitching, team issues, account workflow and general account issues
Participate in the development of materials for new business opportunities including timelines, proposals, business decks and case studies; assist in generating new business leads
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
Misc. research, duties and projects as required
Qualification
Required
S/B.A in Public Relations or related field
At least 6 years of PR agency experience
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and motivation skills
Proven client relations, management and supervisory skills
Creative and energetic personality
