New Grad, Entry LevelDemesmin and Dover Law Firm is seeking dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Representatives to join as independent contractors for various event-based engagements. This role involves representing the firm at events, engaging with attendees, and managing promotional activities, all while maintaining flexibility in scheduling.
Legal
Responsibilities
Represent Demesmin & Dover at events with professionalism and brand alignment
Set up and break down event materials such as tents, tables, and displays
Engage with attendees to discuss DD’s services (no legal advice given)
Distribute promotional items and manage event-specific activities
Collect lead information and direct inquiries appropriately
Optionally capture content for social media submission (upon request)
Maintain and manage event inventory if agreed upon
Attend training sessions voluntarily, not as a job requirement
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in event settings
Reliable transportation (especially for materials transport)
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. for setup/tear-down
Preferred
Previous experience in promotions or events is a plus, not required
Bilingual in Creole or Spanish is a plus
