Accountant/Payroll Specialist
Oaks Integrated Care is seeking an Accountant/Payroll Specialist to join their team in an office-based setting. The role involves managing wage data, producing reports, and reconciling payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
Recording, tracking and budgeting wage data
Produce management reports on wage data
Reconciliation Salary spreadsheets to general ledger, research variances
Become familiar with positions assigned to programs and make corrections on salary sheets if necessary
Assists with Retirement Plan calculations, reports and reconciliations
General ledger reconciliations for payroll withholdings
Monthly accruals
Fringe Benefit reconciliations and projections
Qualification
Required
Bachelors (BA/BS) degree with a major in Accounting
All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred
Five (5) years experience preferred
